The Rotary Foundation Seminar - 14 Sept.

The District Rotary Foundation Seminar is scheduled to be held on 14 September, 2008 at Hotel "Sanara Mandir", Kiribathgoda from 9.00a.m. - 2.00p.m. Cost: Rs.900/- each, including lunch.

The Rotary Foundation Seminar is a mandatory Seminar. Kindly share this information with your Club TRF Chairman & Members and encourage as many of them to attend this informative and very important seminar organised by the Rotary Club of Kelaniya.

Nomination - President of RI for 2010-11

The 2008-09 Nominating Committee for President of Rotary International in 2010-11, having functioned in accordance with the bylaws of RI, has indicated that it unanimously nominated: RAY KLINGINSMITH of the Rotary Club of Kirksville, Missouri, USA for the office of President of Rotary International for the year 2010-11. Membership Development & Club Attendance

RI has designated August as Membership & Extension month. An ideal opportunity for Clubs to consciously seek out new members to join Rotary. RI President - D.K. Lee, has challenged each Rotary Club to increase its membership by a minimum 10%.
